2. when the screwdriver is used to tighten or loosen the screw on the terminal, the top of the screwdriver must be tightened with force, and then tightened or loosened. In order to prevent the screw driver and screw from sliding, causing damage to the screw, it is not easy to disassemble and assemble, especially the air switch commonly used in the hanging box.
3. if it is found that it is difficult to remove the bolts and nuts, do not act rashly to prevent the screws on the end face from being deformed and difficult to remove. Appropriate cooperation should be given to knock, or screw loosening agent should be added to dilute hydrochloric acid, and then remove.
4. do not tighten or loosen the bolts and nuts connecting the terminals, and use the auxiliary pliers to prevent damage. When using a movable wrench, adjust the opening to prevent damage and deformation of bolts and nuts, which will make disassembly and assembly difficult.
5. two wires of the same type and specification can only be connected to the same terminal.
6. for terminals that are easy to loosen or touch, the wire connector must be fixed on the terminal in the form of question mark. Increase the contact area to prevent loosening.
7. when connecting the wire connector or machine head of the terminal, it is forbidden to add non copper gaskets or gaskets with poor conductivity.
8. the terminal connector shall be connected, and the contact surface shall be smooth without oxidation. After cleaning, apply conductive paste and tighten it.
9. the terminal is connected to the temporary wire. The single wire connector shall be folded into two halves, and then the connector shall be connected to the empty opening. The single core hard wire shall be connected to the empty opening in the form of a question mark.
10. for motor terminals of 30kW and above, cables shall not be pulled out of the motor and connected to the motor. Pads with poor conductivity, such as galvanized nuts, flat pads, and spring pads.
11. when the cable is connected to the terminal or other equipment with insulating tape to protect the insulation, the insulating layer shall meet the 1/2 pressure ratio from one end to the other, and it needs to be wound back and forth.
